Illinois Statutes Chapter 105. Schools § 5/2-3.22. Withholding school funds or compensation of regional superintendent of schools

§ 2-3.22. Withholding school funds or compensation of regional superintendent of schools. To require the State Comptroller to withhold from the regional superintendent of schools the amount due the regional superintendent of schools for his compensation, until the reports, statements, books, vouchers and other records provided for in Sections 2-3.17, 2-3.17a and 3-15.8 have been furnished.
