Illinois Statutes Chapter 105. Schools § 5/1B-19. Abolition of Panel

§ 1B-19. Abolition of Panel. The Financial Oversight Panel shall be abolished 10 years after approval of the petition providing for its creation, or at such earlier date determined by the State Board. Upon the abolition of the Panel, all of its rights and property shall pass to and be vested in the State.
