Illinois Statutes Chapter 105. Schools § 5/1B-17. Hearings

§ 1B-17. Hearings. To the extent feasible, the Financial Oversight Panel shall provide for and encourage participation by the public in the development and review of financial policy. The Panel shall hold public hearings as it may deem appropriate to the performance of any of its functions. The Panel may designate one or more of its members or the Financial Administrator to preside over any hearing.
