§ 18-13. Notice to school officers of amount in treasurer's hands. On or before September 30 of each year the county collectors, county superintendents of schools, township collectors, and all other persons paying money into the hands of school treasurers for school purposes, shall notify in writing the presidents of school trustees and clerks or secretaries of school boards of the amount paid into the treasurer's hands and the date of payment.
