Illinois Statutes Chapter 105. Schools § 5/15-6. Disposition of penalties and fines

§ 15-6. Disposition of penalties and fines. All penalties and fines collected under the provisions of Sections 15-4 and 15-5 shall be paid to the school treasurer and added to the principal of the township fund.
