§ 14C-11. Preschool or summer school programs. A school district may establish, on a full or part-time basis, preschool or summer school programs in transitional bilingual education for English learners or join with the other school districts in establishing such preschool or summer programs. Preschool or summer programs in transitional bilingual education shall not substitute for programs in transitional bilingual education required to be provided during the regular school year.
