Illinois Statutes Chapter 105. Schools § 5/13-45. Inapplicability of certain provisions of School Code

§ 13-45. Other provisions of this Code shall not apply to the Department of Juvenile Justice School District being all of the following Articles and Sections: Articles 3, 3A, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9, those Sections of Article 10  1 in conflict with any provisions of Sections 13-40 through 13-45, and Articles 11, 12, 15, 17, 18, 19, 19A, 20, 22, 24, 24A, 26, 31, 32, 33, and 34. 2 Also Article 28  3 shall not apply except that this School District may use any funds available from State, Federal and other funds for the purchase of textbooks, apparatus and equipment.
