§ 13-43.20. To develop a method or methods for allocating state funds to the Board for expenditure within the various divisions and/or for programs conducted by the Board, and to annually determine the average per capita cost of students in the Department of Juvenile Justice and the average per capita cost of students in the Department of Corrections for education classes and/or programs required to accomplish the educational goals and objectives and programs specified in Sections 13-43.18 and 13-43.19 and recommend to the State Board of Education by July 15 of each year the per capita amount necessary to operate the Department of Juvenile Justice School District's educational program for the following fiscal year.
