§ 10-22.41. Placement of eligible children into corrective curriculum. To place or by regulation to authorize the director of special education to place, pursuant to procedures required in Article 14 of this Act 1 and rules and regulations promulgated by the State Board of Education, eligible children into special education programs designed to benefit the types of children defined in Sections 14-1.02 through 14-1.07; provided that children with disabilities who are recommended to be placed into regular education classrooms are provided with supplementary services to assist the children with disabilities to benefit from the regular education classroom instruction and are included on the teacher's regular education class register.
