§ 10-22.38. Preschool children with disabilities. Establish and maintain, or to cooperate with other educational, governmental, social and volunteer agencies in the establishment and carrying out of programs designed to identify and ameliorate mental, emotional, physical and social cultural disabilities in preschool age children below the age of 3 that would prevent such children from taking full advantage of regular school programs.
No school district is eligible for State reimbursement under Article 14 1 or Article 18 2 for programs provided to children with disabilities under this Section.
