§ 10-20.15. Payment of teachers. To pay no public money to any teacher unless the teacher at the time of his employment held a certificate of qualification obtained under the provisions of this Act, has kept and furnished schedules as required by this Act, and has satisfactorily accounted for books, apparatus and other property of the district that he may have taken in charge.
