§ 80. Private Business and Vocational Schools Quality Assurance Fund. The Private Business and Vocational Schools Quality Assurance Fund is created as a special fund in the State treasury. All fees collected for the administration and enforcement of this Act must be deposited into this Fund. All money in the Fund must be used, subject to appropriation, by the Board to supplement support for the administration and enforcement of this Act and must not be used for any other purpose.
