§ 10. Foundation purposes. The purposes of the Foundation are: to promote increased use of communication and information technology in rural school districts in the State of Illinois in order to improve curriculum, access to skilled faculty, parental participation, and adult education opportunities; to make grants and gifts in aid and support of that goal, and to engage generally in other lawful endeavors consistent with the foregoing purposes. The Foundation shall operate within the provisions of the General Not For Profit Corporation Act of 1986. 1
