§ 1.5. Cancer screening. An association or other entity that has as one of its purposes promoting, sponsoring, regulating, or in any manner providing for interscholastic athletics or any form of athletic competition among schools and students within this State shall include a question asking whether a student has a family history of cancer on any pre-participation examination form given to students participating or seeking to participate in interscholastic athletics. The association or entity may require that a testicular examination be conducted as a part of any physical required for a male student's participation in interscholastic athletics.
