§ 5-50. Referendum requirements. A school district may submit a school construction project or the financing of a school construction project to referendum at any time. However, the proposition may include a reference to the school district's expectation of receiving a school construction grant from the State of Illinois only if the school district has received a conditional grant award for the project from the Capital Development Board.
