Illinois Statutes Chapter 105. Schools § 105/4. Response action

§ 4. Response action. Schools shall undertake and complete such response action as may be required by the federal Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act of 1986,  1 the regulations promulgated thereunder, and the rules promulgated by the Department pursuant to the Asbestos Abatement Act.  2 Response actions shall be undertaken and completed within the timeframe required by the federal Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act of 1986 and the regulations promulgated thereunder.
