§ 14. Enforcement. Notwithstanding the existence or pursuit of any other remedy, the Director may, in the manner provided by law, in the name of the People of the State and through the Attorney General who shall represent the Director in the proceedings, maintain an action for injunction or other relief or process against any school, the governing body thereof and any other person or unit of local government to enforce and compel compliance with the provisions of this Act, the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder and any order entered for any response action pursuant to this Act and such rules and regulations.
