Illinois Statutes Chapter 10. Elections § 5/2A-55. Forest preserve districts; commissioners; time of election

§ 2A-55. Forest preserve districts; commissioners; time of election. A forest preserve district commissioner elected under Section 3.5 of the Downstate Forest Preserve District Act  1 shall be elected at each consolidated election to succeed each incumbent commissioner whose term expires before the following consolidated election.
