Illinois Statutes Chapter 10. Elections § 5/2A-44. Board of Library Trustees--Members--Time of Election

§ 2A-44. Board of Library Trustees--Members--Time of Election. A member of an elected Board of Library Trustees shall be elected at the consolidated election which immediately precedes the expiration of the term of an incumbent trustee, to succeed each incumbent trustee whose term expires before the following consolidated election.
