Illinois Statutes Chapter 10. Elections § 5/2A-36. Fire Protection District--Trustee--Time of Election

§ 2A-36. Fire Protection District--Trustee--Time of Election. A trustee of a Fire Protection District which elects its trustees shall be elected at each consolidated election in odd-numbered years to succeed each incumbent trustee whose term expires before the following consolidated election.
