Illinois Statutes Chapter 10. Elections § 5/23-5. Hearing and determination of contests of certain municipal officers

§ 23-5. The circuit court shall hear and determine contests of election of all other county, township and precinct officers, and all other officers for the contesting of whose election no provision is made.
