Illinois Statutes Chapter 10. Elections § 5/17-26. Liquor in place of election or primary

§ 17-26. During the hours of election or a primary in any election precinct, or during the canvass of votes or of making returns thereof, no person shall bring, take, order or send into, or shall attempt to bring, take or send into any place of election or primary any distilled or spirituous liquors whatever; or shall, at any such time and place drink or partake of such liquor.
