(1) The governor's office of species conservation may accept private contributions, federal funds, funds from other public agencies or any other source. The moneys shall be used solely for the purposes provided in section 67-818, Idaho Code, and be expended and accounted for as provided by law.
(2) There is hereby established in the state treasury the species conservation fund which shall consist of all moneys received pursuant to subsection (1) of this section. Moneys in the species conservation fund shall be used for purposes described in section 67-818, Idaho Code.
