The number of sessions or games of bingo conducted or sponsored by a charitable or nonprofit organization shall be limited to three (3) sessions per week and such sessions shall not exceed a period of eight (8) hours per day. The maximum prize that may be offered or paid for any one (1) game of bingo, and the maximum aggregate amount of prizes that may be offered or paid for any one (1) session of bingo, shall be set by rule of the state lottery commission.
