Any person who operates any motorized vessel on the waters of the state of Idaho without due caution and circumspection, and in a manner as to endanger or be likely to endanger any person or property, shall be guilty of grossly negligent operation and upon conviction shall be punished as provided in section 67-7033, Idaho Code.
