The state of Idaho and the commission for the blind and visually impaired hereby affirm their acceptance of the provisions and benefits of the act of Congress entitled, “The Randolph-Sheppard Act,” P.L. 93-516, 93rd Congress, and “The Rehabilitation Act of 1973,” as amended, P.L. 98-221, 98th Congress, and will observe and comply with all requirements of such acts, limited only by approved state plan and funding restrictions.
