Idaho Statutes Title 67. State Government and State Affairs § 67-4241. Park land trust--Created--Acquisition of property authorized

The parks and recreation board may, by gift, purchase, agreement, device, donation, or otherwise, acquire property to be held by the department in a park land trust. The department may place any lands under its jurisdiction, where not prevented by deed or other restriction, in the park land trust.
