Every license that may be issued by the division of occupational and professional licenses as a prerequisite to engage in a trade, occupation, or profession shall be recorded in the office of the division, which shall relieve the licensee from being required to record the same in the office of the county recorder in the county in which the licensee intends to practice. No fee shall be charged for recording of the license by the division.
