The commission may require a monthly report from each pipeline terminal located in this state not later than the last day of the next succeeding calendar month. The commission may require information in the report to include the date of withdrawal, bill of lading number, manifest number, or loading ticket number and the origin, consignee, consignor, transportation company, and number of gallons separately indicated of gasoline, aircraft engine fuel and special fuels and any other information as the commission may require.
