(1) The county treasurer shall issue consecutively numbered licenses for each class provided for in this chapter. The licenses shall have essentially the following information:
(a) County issuing the license;
(b) Type of license and amount paid;
(c) Person or business to whom issued;
(d) Date of issuance and expiration date;
(e) Treasurer's signature.
(2) The treasurer shall keep in his office an accounting for all licenses sold by him.
