Any person who shall be aggrieved by any action of the board in denying, refusing to renew, suspending or revoking a denturist license may seek judicial review thereof in accordance with the provisions of chapter 52, title 67, Idaho Code. A copy of the petition for judicial review shall be served upon the president or secretary of the board with notice to the attorney general of the state of Idaho.
