The board is authorized to enter an order that suspends or revokes an existing license or certification based upon a violation of the provisions of chapter 21, title 54, Idaho Code, or a board rule, for a maximum period of ten (10) years. In the event the board enters an order that denies an application for licensure or certification, the board is authorized to impose a restriction on reapplication for a maximum period of up to ten (10) years.
