Idaho Statutes Title 54. Professions, Vocations, and Businesses § 54-1731. Notifications

All drug outlets shall report to the board of pharmacy the occurrence of any of the following changes:

(1) Permanent closing;

(2) Change of ownership or location;

(3) Disasters, accidents, and emergencies that affect the safe and continued operation of a drug outlet; and

(4) Any and all other matters and occurrences as the board may require by rule.
