(1) The board of pharmacy shall elect from its members a chairman and such other officers as it deems appropriate and necessary to the conduct of its business. The chairman of the board of pharmacy shall preside at all meetings of the board and shall be responsible for the performance of all of the duties and functions of the board required or permitted by this chapter. Each additional officer elected by the board shall perform those duties normally associated with his position and such other duties assigned to him from time to time by the board.
(2) Officers elected by the board shall serve terms of one (1) year, commencing with the day of their election and ending upon election of their successors.
(3) The administrator of the division of occupational and professional licenses shall carry out the duties set forth in chapter 26, title 67, Idaho Code, on behalf of the board.
(4) All meetings and hearings of the board shall be conducted in compliance with the provisions of chapter 2, title 74, Idaho Code.
