Idaho Statutes Title 54. Professions, Vocations, and Businesses § 54-1001D. Inspections of modular buildings--When authorized--Approval and certification

(1) Notwithstanding the exemption provided in subsection (1)(c) of section 54-1016, Idaho Code, the administrator of the division of occupational and professional licenses may make electrical inspections of any modular building upon written request from the manufacturer.

(2) The administrator of the division of occupational and professional licenses is hereby authorized to make inspections of electrical installations as set forth herein and to issue inspection results covering such installations.
