All moneys received from the sale of any lots, pieces or parcels of real estate under the provisions of sections 50-1801 through 50-1835[, Idaho Code,] shall be paid into the city irrigation system fund by the treasurer of the city, and shall be apportioned to the various funds on the same basis as levies upon which the sale was made.
