Idaho Statutes Title 50. Municipal Corporations § 50-1826. Sale of land by city

Current as of January 01, 2024 | Updated by Findlaw Staff

All lots, pieces or parcels of land taken by the city under the provisions of this act may be sold by the city under the provisions of sections 50-1401 through 50-1409[, Idaho Code], as property not acquired or used as a public park, playground or public building site.
