Idaho Statutes Title 42. Irrigation and Drainage--Water Rights and Reclamation § 42-206. Residence a requisite for issuance

No permit to appropriate water for power purposes in the state of Idaho shall hereafter be granted to any person or association of persons not an actual bond [bona] fide resident or residents of the state of Idaho, nor to any corporation or partnership unless organized or qualified to do business in and under the laws of the state of Idaho.
