(1) The applicable statutes of this state relating to the powers and procedures of domestic private corporations formed for profit shall apply to domestic stock insurers and to domestic mutual insurers, except where in conflict with the express provisions of this code and the reasonable implications of such provisions.
(2) Domestic stock insurers and domestic mutual insurers are exempt from the provisions of section 30-21-213, Idaho Code.
