Any person who violates section 41-1201[, Idaho Code,] shall upon conviction thereof be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not to exceed two thousand dollars ($2,000) or by imprisonment in the county jail for not to exceed six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment in the court's discretion; except, that the court shall increase the amount of any fine so levied by the full amount of any compensation accruing or to accrue to the violator by reason of the acts out of which the violation arose. Each instance of violation shall be considered a separate offense for the purposes of this section.
