Idaho Statutes Title 39. Health and Safety § 39-5105. Discontinuance of assistance

Current as of January 01, 2024 | Updated by Findlaw Staff

Assistance may be terminated under the following conditions:

(1) The family or individual requests termination;

(2) Death of the individual with a developmental disability;

(3) Eligibility criteria are no longer met; or

(4) Inadequate funds are available for continuance.
