Idaho Statutes Title 39. Health and Safety § 39-3631. Appropriation of wastewater facility loan fund--Purpose of chapter

(1) To provide loans and other forms of financial assistance authorized under title VI of the federal water quality act of 1987, P.L. 100-4 1, to any municipality for construction of sewage treatment works.

(2) To provide funds, subject to annual federal and state appropriation and applicable federal limitations, for operation of the wastewater facility loan program by the department of environmental quality.
