In the event that any manufacturer, wholesaler or distributor of farm implements, equipment, machinery, attachments and repair parts fails to give notice or obtain consent pursuant to section 28-23-108, Idaho Code, or fails or refuses to comply with section 28-23-109, Idaho Code, the guaranty or security agreement thereby affected will be deemed cancelled and terminated.
