Idaho Statutes Title 25. Animals § 25-1734. Penalties

Any person who shall violate any provision or requirement of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than $200 nor more than $1,000, or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not exceeding 30 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day any person operates or conducts a public livestock market in the state without a charter as prescribed in this act shall be considered a separate offense. The board is empowered to institute proceedings to enjoin the operation of a public livestock market if the person sought to be enjoined is operating a public livestock market without a market charter in good standing as provided in this act.
