Any person maintaining, controlling or supporting a place where commercial sexual activity is carried on by one (1) or more persons under the control, management, or supervision of another shall be guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment for no less than two (2) years and no more than twenty (20) years or by a fine of no less than one thousand dollars ($1,000) and no more than fifty thousand dollars ($50,000), or by both such fine and imprisonment.
