Idaho Statutes Title 16. Juvenile Proceedings § 16-113. Maintenance of existing program levels

(1) The reduction of local, state, or federal medical or other assistance available;

(2) The alteration of eligibility under title V of the social security act  1 (relating to maternal and child health);

(3) The alteration of eligibility under title XIX of the social security act  2 (relating to medicaid for infant[s] and toddlers with disabilities);

(4) The reduction of early intervention services provided by the state department of education, the department of health and welfare, or the school for the deaf and the blind.
