(1) Subject to the provisions of section 14-5-907, Idaho Code, an apparent owner may authorize an attorney to act as an agent or designate an agent pursuant to the provisions of chapter 12, title 15, Idaho Code.
(2) Upon submission of evidence of authority satisfactory to the administrator, the administrator shall give the agent of the apparent owner, a court-appointed guardian of the apparent owner, or the parent of a minor all information concerning the property that the apparent owner is entitled to receive, including information that otherwise is confidential information under section 14-5-1402, Idaho Code.
