Effective upon the admission of the State of Hawaii into the Union the second paragraph of section 451 of title 28, United States Code, is amended by striking out the words “including the district courts of the United States for the districts of Hawaii and Puerto Rico,” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “including the United States District for the District of Puerto Rico,”.
