The applicant shall file with the application a plan of the land, and all original muniments of title within the applicant's control mentioned in the schedule of documents. Such original muniments as affect land not included in the application may be withdrawn on filing certified copies of the same. When an application is dismissed or discontinued the applicant may, with the consent of the court, withdraw the original muniments of title. The applicant shall also file with the application a complete abstract of title of the land upon forms furnished by the court and in accordance with the rules of court.
