All insurance companies transacting business in this State under authority provided by this code or any other provision of Hawaii law shall, within three months following the completion of the calendar year, submit to the commissioner a full and accurate written disclosure of:
(1) All profits derived from each line of insurance written for the applicable calendar year, and
(2) All profits for the entire company for the applicable calendar year.
All disclosures submitted pursuant to this section shall be in a form prescribed by the commissioner.
